Raising the Next Generation of Compassionate Leaders
Ikon Kids’ Youth Leadership Development Program equips teens ages 14–19 with leadership skills, servant-hearted character, and mental health advocacy tools. Through mentorship, project-based learning, public speaking, and faith formation, participants become champions for children’s mental health in their communities.

Participants develop public speaking skills, community organizing, mental health first aid certification, project management, servant leadership principles, and deep personal faith formation.
No. Many of our strongest leaders started with no formal experience. We look for heart, character, and desire to make a difference — not a résumé.
Graduates have led youth mental health awareness events, created school mental health clubs, spoken at churches, organized community fundraisers, and mentored younger children in Ikon Kids programs.
No — but participants may earn community service hours, leadership references, and scholarship letters. Several graduates have received college scholarships highlighting their Ikon Kids leadership.
Approximately 4–6 hours per month for workshops, 2–4 hours per month for service projects, and flexible mentorship meetings. Schedule is designed to work around school commitments.
Participants should be open to faith-based mentorship and the mission of Ikon Kids. Active Christian faith is encouraged but not required for admission.
