Siblings of children with mental health challenges often experience anxiety, confusion, resentment, loneliness, or guilt. They may feel invisible or scared. Research shows that addressing siblings’ needs improves whole-family wellbeing.
Topics include understanding their sibling’s condition, managing big emotions, communicating with parents, maintaining friendships, and finding their own identity separate from their sibling’s challenges.
