Emotional intelligence (EQ) includes the ability to recognize emotions in oneself and others, regulate emotional responses, empathize, and navigate social situations effectively. It is one of the strongest predictors of school and life success.
We recommend the program for children ages 4–8, especially before kindergarten transitions, after preschool challenges, or when teachers have flagged behavioral concerns.
Children learn to name emotions, use calming strategies, take turns, respect boundaries, solve peer conflicts, follow instructions, and transition between activities — all foundational school skills.
We teach children that God loves them, that they are capable and valuable, and that asking for help is a sign of wisdom. These faith-based affirmations build the confidence children need to face new challenges.
Yes. We coordinate with parents and school teams to align program content with IEP goals. Our facilitators have experience supporting children with developmental differences.
Not at all. Building EQ is an investment in your child’s future success. Many of the most accomplished adults developed strong emotional intelligence through intentional childhood support.
No child should navigate mental health challenges alone. We are here for your family.
