We collect information you voluntarily provide, including: contact information (name, email, phone) when you contact us, donate, or register for events; payment information (processed securely through third-party payment processors); and general usage data to improve our website.
Ikon Kids will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.
As a children’s charity, we take children’s privacy especially seriously. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Parents and guardians provide consent for their child’s participation in our programs, and we only collect the information necessary to provide services safely. All information about children served by our programs is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and privacy protection.
Some Ikon Kids services are offered via telehealth. Any health-related information shared during telehealth sessions or counseling is treated as confidential and is used only to provide care and coordinate services for the family involved. We apply appropriate safeguards to protect sensitive health information and do not share it outside of the care relationship without consent, except where required by law.
Every Ikon Kids volunteer who works with children and families completes a thorough background check before serving. Many of our volunteers are connected to us through local church partnerships, and all volunteers complete an orientation covering our child safety protocols.
